브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= Z세대 구직자의 63%는 높은 연봉과 안정성 등을 이유로 블루칼라 직종을 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 인기 있는 업계는 ‘IT, 배터리, 반도체’와 ‘자동차, 조선, 항공’이었다.
28일 진학사 캐치에 따르면 Z세대 구직자 1603명을 대상으로 ‘연봉 7천 교대근무 블루칼라’ vs ‘연봉 3천 야근 없는 화이트칼라’를 주제로 설문조사를 진행한 결과, ‘블루칼라’를 선택한 비중이 58%로 과반을 넘어섰다. ‘화이트칼라’를 선택한 비중은 42%였다.
응답자의 63%가 ‘블루칼라에 대해 긍정적으로 생각한다’라고 답변했으며, ‘보통이다’가 30%, ‘부정적이다’라고 응답한 비중은 7%에 불과했다.
