브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차가 오는 4월 1일부터 공식 채용 홈페이지를 통해 글로벌 인재 채용을 실시한다.
현대차는 △재한 외국인 유학생 인턴십 △해외대 학/석사 인턴십 △해외 이공계 박사채용 등 3개의 채용 프로그램을 구성했다.
재한 외국인 유학생 인턴십은 국내 대학교 또는 대학원에서 학/석사 학위를 이미 취득했거나 2026년 2월 이내 취득 예정인 외국인을 대상으로 △연구개발 △생산/제조 △사업/기획 △경영지원 등 4개 부문에서 진행한다.
해외대 학/석사 인턴십은 해외 대학교 또는 대학원에서 학/석사 학위를 이미 취득했거나 2026년 6월 이내 취득 예정인 사람을 대상으로 △연구개발 △제조 SW △품질 △사이버 보안 △사업/기획 등 5개 부문에서 진행한다.
현대차는 인턴십 프로그램에 선발한 인원에 대해 7~8월 중 5주 간 인턴 실습을 진행하고 우수 수료자를 신입 사원으로 채용한다.
해외 이공계 박사채용은 2026년 8월 이내 입사가 가능하고 해외에서 이공계 박사 학위를 이미 취득했거나 취득 예정인 사람을 대상으로 △AI/데이터 △배터리 △수소연료전지 △스마트 팩토리 △로보틱스 △AAM △사이버 보안 등 7개 부문에서 진행한다.
현대차는 해외 이공계 박사채용 지원자에 대해 5월 서류 심사, 6월 1차 면접을 진행한다. 8월에는 1차 면접에 합격한 인원을 국내로 초청해 연구 분야별 지원자와 현직자 간 기술 교류의 장을 제공하고 현대자동차 남양연구소를 투어하는 ‘현대 테크 세미나(Hyundai Tech Seminar)’와 함께 최종 면접을 진행한다.
현대차 관계자는 “현대자동차는 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위해 잠재력과 전문성을 갖춘 인재를 적극 확보할 계획이다”고 말했다.
