브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= ‘2025서울모빌리티쇼’가 4일 경기도 고양 킨텍스 제1전시장에서 개막식을 열고 공식 일정에 돌입했다. 30년 역사를 가진 서울모빌리티쇼는 국내외 자동차·모빌리티 산업과 기술을 아우르는 대표 종합 전시회다.
개막식은 오전 9시 30분 제1전시장 내 특설무대에서 진행됐다. 이날 행사에는 대한민국 국회 모빌리티포럼 윤후덕 대표, 산업통상자원부 이승렬 산업정책실장, 현대자동차 김동욱 부사장 등 국내외 주요 기업 인사들이 참석, 개막식 이후 주요 부스를 참관했다.
이번 서울모빌리티쇼에서는 각 완성차 브랜드들이 신차와 콘셉트카를 대거 공개한다. 현대차 ‘The All New NEXO’, ‘The New IONIQ 6’, 제네시스 ‘X Gran Coupe Concept’, 기아 ‘Tasman Weekender’ 등 월드 프리미어 5종을 비롯해, 아시아 프리미어 2종, 코리아 프리미어 14종 등 총 21종의 신차가 선보인다.
또한, 참가 기업들은 이번 전시를 통해 미래 모빌리티 기술과 방향성을 제시한다. 특히, PBV(Purpose Built Vehicle), UAM(Urban Air Mobility), 자율주행, 로보틱스 등 새로운 개념의 이동수단을 반영한 전시도 포함돼, 전통적인 자동차 중심 전시회를 넘어 확장된 모빌리티 생태계를 보여준다.
