브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 부승찬 더불어민주당 의원은 윤석열 전 대통령이 대통령실을 왜 용산으로 이전했는지에 대한 의혹을 폭로했다.
부승찬 의원은 17일 국회에서 브리핑을 열고, 용산 대통령실과 관저 이전에 대한 의혹을 제기하며 특검이 필요하다는 입장을 밝혔다.
부승찬 의원은 "윤석열 전 대통령은 대통령실을 용산으로 무리하게 옮기고 본인의 거주 공간을 한남동 공관촌으로 옮기면서 김용현 전 국방부 장관과 24시간 함께 있는 물리적 공간을 조성했다"며 "국방부장관과 계엄사령관을 불러모아 회의할 수 있는 최적의 위치로 대통령실과 관저 이전을 감행한 것"이라고 주장했다.
이 과정에서 국무회의 심의를 거치지 않는 등 헌법·법률을 위반한 혐의가 8개라고 지적했다.
이어 "대통령실은 용산 이전에 496조원이 든다고 했지만 지난해 11월 국회 예산정책처가 백승아 의원실에 제출한 것을 보면 소요된 예산은 3250억1600만원으로 나온다"며 "예산이 얼마나 사용됐는지 명명백백히 밝혀야 한다"고 촉구했다.
아울러 대통령실 이전으로 ▲북한 무인기 침투 사건 ▲대통령실 도청 사건 ▲오물풍선 낙하 사건이 발생하는 등 안보에 균열이 생겼고 이로써 부대적인 안보 비용이 발생했다고 비판했다.
김영호 민주당 의원도 "감사원 등 수사기관은 이에 대한 수사를 제대로 하지 않았다"라며 "정권교체 후에 제대로 된 수사기관이 수사하면 500가지 1000가지로 (의혹이) 늘어날 수 있다고 본다"며 특검 필요성을 강조했다.

Democratic Party Rep. Kim Young-ho also emphasized the need for a special prosecutor, saying, “The Board of Audit and Inspection and other investigative agencies did not properly investigate this,” and “If a proper investigative agency investigates after a change of government, I believe the number of (suspicions) could increase to 500 or 1,000.”
