전북자치도 부안군은 재난피해자의 심리적 안정과 정신건강 증진을 통한 일상복귀를 지원하기 위해 '심리회복 지원 조례'를공포했다.
지난달 25일 공포된 이 조례는 지난해 6월 발생한 지진과 격포항 수산시장 화재사고 및 위도 어선사고 등 재난으로 인한 심리적 충격에 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.

부안군은 ▲ 정신건강 고위험군 조기발견 ▲ 맞춤형 심리상담 ▲ 재난 발생 시 심리회복 상담 지원 ▲ 정신건강 악화 예방을 위한 유관기관 협력체계 구축 등 다양한 심리지원 사업을 추진한다.
