세종교육청 학교지원본부는 18일부터 19일까지 강릉 세인트호텔에서 ‘2025 교감 대상 학교폭력 업무 역량 강화 연수’를 실시했다.
시 교육청에 따르면 이번 연수는 학교폭력 사안처리 전문성을 강화하고 1학기 운영 결과를 공유해 우수 사례를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.
이번 워크숍은 ▲서울시 동부교육지원청 소속 홍성아 변호사의 ‘학교폭력의 선을 그리다’ 특강을 통해 학교폭력 관련 법률 적용과 대응 방안이 제시됐다.
이날 워크숍은 학교폭력 사안조사 관련 행정 사항 안내 ,관리자가 알아야 할 학교폭력 예방교육 ,학교급별 특성을 고려한 사례 공유 등으로 진행됐다.
학교지원본부 이미자 본부장은 “이번 워크숍을 통해 1학기 동안 쌓였던 학교폭력 업무에 대한 심리적 부담을 완화하고, 관리자로서 사안처리와 민원 해결 과정에서 겪을 수 있는 어려움을 해소하는 노하우를 배우는 기회가 되길 바란다.”라고 말했다.
한편, 세종시교육청은 오는 16일에는 현장에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 학교폭력 책임교사와 업무 관계자들을 대상으로 한 역량 강화연수를 통해 학교폭력 대응 전반에 걸친 지원체계를 더욱 강화할 예정이다.
