우범기 전주시장과 베트남 최대 한식 프랜차이즈 기업인 DI VINA 김완엽 대표는 22일 전주시장실에서 양 기관 관계자들이 배석한 가운데 '가공식품 및 농산물 수출 업무협약(MOU)'을 체결하고 두 손을 맞잡았다.
