[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 오는 18일부터 21일까지 2025년 을지연습을 실시한다고 11일 밝혔다.
을지연습은 전시 또는 국가 비상사태 발생 시 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하고 정부 기능을 유지하기 위해 실시하는 범정부 차원의 비상대비훈련으로 매년 전국적으로 시행되고 있다.
2025년 을지연습은 위기관리와 국민안전 보호를 위한 통합 대응역량 강화를 목표로 전쟁 상황을 가정한 종합적인 상황조치 훈련, 비상대비계획의 실효성 검토, 기관별 대응능력 제고에 중점을 두고 추진된다.
김해시는 훈련 기간 동안 △공무원 불시 비상소집 △전시상황실 운영 △소산훈련 및 전시동원 절차 숙달 △인력·물자·장비 동원 훈련 등 실제 상황을 반영한 대응절차 훈련을 실시한다. 최근 변화하는 안보 환경에 대응한 도상연습과 실제훈련을 병행해 실전 대응능력을 높인다.
을지연습 3일 차에는 공습대비 민방위 대피훈련이 연계 실시되며 주민 대피 유도, 차량 통제, 길 터주기 훈련, 시범대피소 운영 등으로 시민 참여와 실전 감각을 높인다.
김해시 관계자는 “올해 을지연습은 변화하는 안보환경에 철저히 대비하는 훈련”이라며 “실효성 있는 훈련 추진과 함께 적극적인 홍보를 통해 시민의 자발적인 참여와 안보의식 제고에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
