경기북부제대군인지원센터(센터장 길은영)가 제대군인의 안정적인 사회정착을 위한 일자리 창출에 나섰다.
센터는 20일 오전 11시 센터 교육장에서 사회적경제기업 대표 및 인사 담당자들과 함께 '제대군인과 사회적경제기업이 함께하는 희망 일자리 간담회'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 간담회에는 ㈜나들이, 에스엔소프트, ㈜뉴닷, ㈜로뎀나무, ㈜두성시스템 등 5개 사회적경제기업의 대표 및 인사 실무자 7명이 참석했다.

경기북부보훈지청 취업담당 주무관과 센터 관계관 등을 포함해 총 14명이 자리를 함께했다.
센터는 이번 간담회를 통해 제대군인 지원 제도를 상세히 안내하고, 사회적경제기업의 적극적인 참여를 당부했다.
특히 제대군인의 안정적인 사회 정착을 위한 양질의 일자리 창출에 사회적경제기업들이 동참해 줄 것을 요청했다.
참석한 기업 대표들은 현장에서 직면한 구인의 어려움과 근로조건, 근무환경의 불일치 문제를 솔직하게 털어놨다.
이와 함께 제대군인 고용 확대를 위한 현실적이고 다양한 방안들에 대해 심도 있는 의견을 교환했다.

특히 단순히 일자리를 제공하는 것을 넘어서, 제대군인의 특성과 능력에 맞는 맞춤형 일자리 창출이 중요하다는 데 의견을 같이했다.
