브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 최근 5년새 고속도로 휴게소 매출 상위 10개 음식의 평균가가 상승, 추석 귀성길에 휴게소를 방문하는 국민들의 부담을 줄여야 한다는 지적이 제기됐다.
더불어민주당 민홍철 의원이 한국도로공사로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면, 고속도로 휴게소 매출 상위 10개 음식의 평균 판매가가 2025년 6월 기준 2021년 동월 대비 평균 12.5% 올랐다.
푸드플레이션으로 식료품 가격이 전반적으로 오르는 가운데, 휴게소 음식 가격도 두 자릿수 인상을 기록한 셈이다.
품목별로는 ‘돈가스류’가 8916원에서 1만1218원으로 25.1% 상승해 가장 큰 폭의 인상을 보였다.
다음으로 ‘우동류’가 5890원에서 6539원으로 18.1% 상승했고, ‘아메리카노’는 4041원에서 4754원으로 17.6%로 인상됐다.
이어 △비빔밥 8390원→9778원(16.5%↑) △국밥 8142원→9659원(15.4%↑) △호두과자 4445원→5096원(14.6%↑) △라면 4463원→4719원(11.7%↑) △떡꼬치 3548원→3957(11.3%↑) △카페라떼 4773원→5238원(9.7%↑) △핫도그 3780원→4206원(8.6%↑) 순이었다.
민 의원은 “휴게소에서 밥 한 그릇에 간식 하나만 해도 만 원을 훌쩍 넘는다”며 “추석 귀성길에 휴게소를 이용하는 국민의 부담을 덜 수 있도록 가격 인상 요인 점검과 합리적 가격 유도 방안을 마련해야 한다”고 말했다.
