[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도가 내년 낙동강수계 특별주민지원사업에 지역특성에 맞는 생활환경 개선 및 탄소중립실현 사업으로 7개 시군8개 사업, 24억 원을 확보했다고 14일 밝혔다.
낙동강수계 특별주민지원사업은 낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률에 따라 상수원관리지역 지정 등으로 각종 행위제한을 받고 있는 낙동강 수계 23개 시군을 대상으로 수질개선 및 주민 생활개선 등의 효과가 높은 사업을 지원한다.
경남도는 사업 선정기준에 맞는 사업계획서 작성 지원과 선정위원회 대비 사전컨설팅 개최 등 공모사업 선정을 위한 시군 맞춤형 지원을 통해 8개 사업 24억 2천900만 원을 확보하여 상수원관리지역 주민 소득증대 및 생활환경 개선에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
주요 사업으로는 사천 ‘물빛여가공원 조성사업’과 진주 ‘수곡면 재해취약지구 재해복구 간이 배수펌프장 설치사업’ 등이 선정됐다.
