전북 전주 남부시장 인근에 '노상주차장'이 신규로 조성됐다.
전주시설공단은 주차난 해소와 불법 주ㆍ정차로 인한 교통정체 해소를 통한 시민 편의 증진을 위해 완산교와 매곡교 사이 520m 구간에 117개 주차면을 조성해 오는 11월 1일부터 유료로 운영한다고 24일 밝혔다.
오전 8시부터 오후 7시까지 유료로 운영되고 그 외의 시간에는 무료로 이용할 수 있다.
주차 요금은 무인 정산기로 결제하면 되고 최초 30분까지 기본 요금 700원이 부과되고 이후 매 15분마다 350원씩 추가된다.
하루 최대 요금은 7,000원이다.
20분 이내 주차할 경우 요금이 부과되지 않는다.
주차장을 정기적으로 이용하는 상인과 시민이 주차장을 마음껏 이용할 수 있도록 '월정기권(6만원)'도 운영한다.
소상공인들은 '상가 할인권'을 구매해 고객들에게 50% 할인된 금액으로 주차편의도 제공할 수 있다.
