가을장마로 수확을 3주 정도 앞둔 배추ㆍ무 농가에서 무름병과 뿌리썩음병으로 농작물 피해가 잇따르자 권익현 부안군수가 현장을 직접 찾아 피해 상황을 점검하고 신속한 복구를 지시했다.
