[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 KCC 이지스 프로농구단의 2025-2026시즌 홈 개막전을 오는 15일 오후 부산사직실내체육관에서 개최한다.
이번 경기는 정규시즌 개막 이후 KCC 이지스의 첫 홈 경기로, 울산 현대모비스를 상대로 본격적인 시즌 레이스에 돌입한다.
부산 KCC 이지스는 자유계약선수(FA) 최대어 허훈을 영입하며 전력을 강화했고, 이상민 감독을 새로 선임해 우승 탈환을 노린다. 지난 1라운드에서 안정적인 경기력으로 리그 3위를 기록했으며, 허웅 선수가 1라운드 MVP에 선정되면서 시즌 초반부터 높은 기대를 모았다.

한편, 2025-2026 시즌 KBL 정규리그는 내년 4월 8일까지 팀당 54경기(홈 27경기, 원정 27경기)로 진행되며, 최종 6위 팀까지 플레이오프에 진출한다. 개막전 티켓은 KBL 통합 누리집(www.kbl.or.kr)과 KBL 앱을 통해 예매하거나 현장에서 구매할 수 있다.

The team strengthened its roster by signing top free agent Heo Hoon and appointed Lee Sang-min as head coach in a bid to reclaim the championship title. KCC Egis currently rank third after a solid performance in the first round, during which Heo Woong was named the round’s Most Valuable Player, raising expectations for the season.
Club owner Jung Jae‑hoon, general manager Choi Hyung‑gil, and a large number of basketball fans and local citizens are expected to fill the arena for the opening night. Pre‑game festivities will begin at 3:26 p.m., featuring a home opener video, cheerleader performance, and a celebratory stage by the seven‑member multinational boy group N.SSign. The season’s start will then be officially declared with opening remarks from the owner and general manager.
Tip‑off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m., when Busan KCC Egis will face Ulsan Hyundai Mobis, aiming to secure their first home victory of the season with passionate support from local fans.
The 2025–2026 KBL regular season runs through April 8 next year, with each team playing 54 games—27 at home and 27 away. The top six teams will advance to the playoffs.
