고양특례시 덕양구 행신2동은 지난 11일 통장협의회와 안전보안관 등 직능단체 회원 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 제설봉사단 발대식을 개최했다.

이번 발대식은 ‘내 집, 내 점포 앞 눈치우기’ 실천을 통해 주민들의 자발적인 참여 의식을 높이고, 겨울철 제설 활동에 대한 적극적인 동참을 다짐하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 참석자들은 겨울철 폭설에 대비해 제설 장비를 사전 점검하고, 각자 담당할 제설 구간을 확인했으며 이어 실제 상황을 가정한 제설 작업 요령과 안전 수칙 교육을 진행하며 현장 대응 능력을 강화했다.
행신2동 제설봉사단은 향후 겨울철 폭설 시 주민 불편을 최소화하고 안전한 보행 환경을 조성하기 위해 고갯길과 상습 결빙 구간 등 제설 취약지역을 중심으로 신속한 제설 작업을 실시할 계획이다.
