시교육청은 22일 오전 9시 30분부터 11시 30분까지 교육청 야외 마당에서 ‘직장 내 성희롱·성폭력 예방 및 디지털 성범죄 예방 캠페인’을 진행했다.
이번 캠페인은 직장 내 성희롱과 성폭력 근절에 대한 공감대를 넓히고, 성인지 감수성과 양성평등 의식을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
캠페인은 간식차를 활용한 참여형 방식으로 진행된다. 현장에는 성희롱·성폭력과 디지털 성범죄 예방 메시지가 담긴 현수막과 배너, 컵홀더 스티커 등이 설치돼 직원들이 일상에서 자연스럽게 예방 메시지를 접할 수 있도록 했다.
강은희 대구시교육감은 “성희롱·성폭력과 디지털 성범죄 예방은 특정 부서나 개인만의 문제가 아니라, 조직 구성원 모두가 함께 해결해야 할 과제”라며 “이번 캠페인을 계기로 서로 존중하는 직장 문화가 더욱 퍼지고, 모든 직원이 안전하게 근무할 수 있는 환경 조성을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 강조했다.
