브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 영유아동 전용 IPTV 서비스인 지니 TV 키즈랜드에서 ‘함께 그린 책 3’ 어린이 작가 공모전을 진행하고, 이와 연계해 국내 최대 심리상담센터 ‘허그맘 허그인’과 함께하는 부모 교육 워크숍을 개최한다고 7일 밝혔다.
KT는 키즈랜드의 주 고객인 부모와 소통하며 그들을 응원하고자 ‘함께 그린 책’이라는 그림책 제작 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 2023년 10월에는 키즈랜드 고객과 아티스트 총 57인을 모아 ‘육아의 7가지 순간’을 담은 그림책 ‘함께 그린 책 : 너의 모든 순간’을 출간했으며, 작년 5월에는 어린이 작가들의 창의적인 그림을 모은 ‘함께 그린 책 : 상상금지!’를 출간했다.
이번 ‘함께 그린 책 3’ 공모전은 올해 하반기 출간 예정인 그림책 ‘함께 그린 책 : 내 친구’에 참여할 어린이 작가를 선발하고자 기획됐다.
응모 대상은 2022년생(3세)부터 2013년생(12세)까지 아동이며 응모 주제는 ‘내 친구’이다. 또래 친구뿐만 아니라 부모나 형제, 반려동물, 애착인형, 상상 속 친구 등 참여 아동이 생각하는 친구를 자유롭게 글과 그림으로 표현해 응모하면 된다. 참여 방법은 내달 14일까지 지니 TV 키즈랜드 메인 배너 내 QR 코드 또는 지니 TV 키즈랜드 인스타그램 내 링크를 통해 글과 그림을 제출하면 된다.
KT는 오는 3월 출판사 로이북스와 함께 최대 50명의 수상자를 선정할 예정이다. 최우수상 1명의 작품은 ‘함께 그린 책 : 내 친구’ 그림책으로 출간되며, KT AI 기술을 활용한 미디어 영상으로 제작된다. 부상으로 호텔 4인 가족 숙박권도 제공된다.
아티스트상 10명에게는 AI 미디어 영상 제작 기회와 놀이공원 4인 가족 이용권이 제공된다. 미술치료상 30명은 허그맘 허그인의 미술치료 전문가에게 작품 해설 피드백을 받을 수 있다. KT는 추첨을 통해 참가상 100명을 선정해 커피 쿠폰을 지급할 예정이다.
아울러 KT는 이번 공모전과 연계해 허그맘 허그인과 함께하는 부모 교육 워크숍을 마련했다. 워크숍에서는 ‘너에게 좋은 부모이고 싶어서’ 저자 최리라 심리상담사가 아이들에게 친구가 갖는 의미를 설명하고, 부모와 자녀 간의 관계 중심 소통법을 소개할 예정이다.
부모 교육 워크숍은 오는 16일 교보문고 광화문점에서 20명 규모로 열리며, 22일과 23일 서울 종로구 KT 광화문빌딩 West에서 총 200명 규모로 진행될 예정이다. KT는 나아가 서울 영등포구 국회 어린이집, 인천공항 청사 어린이집 등으로 워크숍을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
이번 워크숍에 참여하려면 오는 13일까지 지니 TV 키즈랜드에서 ‘함께 그린 책’ 지난 시즌 시리즈를 시청한 뒤 TV 화면 안내에 따라 리모컨으로 신청하면 된다. 지니 TV 키즈랜드 인스타그램 내 링크를 통해서도 응모 가능하다.
KT IPTV사업본부장 최광철 상무는 “이번 ‘함께 그린 책 3’ 공모전을 통해 어린이 작가들에게 자유로운 표현의 기회를 부여하고, 부모 교육 워크숍을 통해 부모에게 자녀와 소통하는 법을 알려주며 육아를 지원하고자 한다”며 “앞으로 지니 TV 키즈랜드는 IPTV 플랫폼 서비스를 넘어 고객 참여의 장을 만들어 나갈 것이다”고 전했다.

Ten Artist Prize winners will receive the opportunity to create an AI media video and a family of four to an amusement park. Thirty Art Therapy Prize winners will receive feedback on their work from art therapists at Hug Mom Hug In. KT will select 100 participants through a raffle and award them with coffee coupons.
In conjunction with this contest, KT has also organized a parenting workshop with Hug Mom and Hugin. At the workshop, psychologist Choi Ri-ra, author of "I Want to Be a Good Parent to You," will explain the meaning of friendship to children and introduce relationship-centered communication methods between parents and children.
The parenting workshop will be held for 20 participants at Kyobo Bookstore's Gwanghwamun branch on the 16th, and for a total of 200 participants on the 22nd and 23rd at the KT Gwanghwamun Building West in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
