증평군, 모바일 장애인등록증 발급 서비스 22일부터 시행

모바일 장애인등록증은 기존 실물 장애인등록증과 동일한 법적 효력을 갖는 전자증명서로, 스마트폰에 암호화된 형태로 저장돼 안전하게 사용할 수 있다. 

발급 대상은 유효한 실물 장애인등록증을 소지한 등록 장애인이며, 신청은 주소지 읍・면사무소 방문을 통해 가능하다. 

모바일 장애인등록증 도입으로 복지시설 이용과 신원 확인 등 일상생활에서의 불편이 줄어들고, 온·오프라인 서비스 이용 편의성도 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다.

군 관계자는 “모바일 장애인등록증은 디지털 기술을 활용해 장애인의 이동과 생활 편의를 높이기 위한 제도”라며 “앞으로도 장애인의 권익 향상과 복지 서비스 접근성 강화를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
