[브레이크뉴스 양주=김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시 양주여성새로일하기센터가 취업을 희망하는 여성들을 대상으로 ‘2026년 집단상담프로그램’참여자를 모집한다.
이번 프로그램은 전문 직업 상담을 통해 구직 기술 습득과 취업 정보 제공으로 여성들의 취업 자신감을 회복하고 성공적인 재취업을 지원하는 데 목적이 있다.
집단상담프로그램은 오는 2월 4일부터 2월 6일까지 진행되는 1회차를 시작으로 총 16회차에 걸쳐 운영될 예정이며, 연령대별 맞춤형 지원을 통해 경력 단절의 원인과 개인별 상황을 고려한 상담을 제공함으로써 참여자들의 실질적인 취업 역량 강화를 돕는다.
이 프로그램은 구직자의 진로 설정 여부에 따라 진로 미설정 구직자를 위한 기본과정(5일간, 총 20시간)과 진로 설정 구직자를 위한 심화과정(3일간, 총 12시간)으로 나누어 진행된다.
아울러 교육 내용은 ▲성격유형검사 등 자기 이해를 통한 취업자신감 고취 ▲취업 준비도 검사 및 직업 정보를 통한 취업 진로 설계 ▲이력서와 자기소개서 작성 및 면접클리닉 등 성공적인 취업 전략으로 구성됐다. 취업을 희망하는 여성 누구나 신청할 수 있으며, 사업자가 있는 경우에는 센터(☎ 031-849-2353~4)로 문의해야 한다. 신청은 양주고용복지플러스센터 1층 양주여성새로일하기센터 방문을 통해 가능하다.
