군은 최근 보건소 상담실 이용 만족도 조사에서 5점 만점에 4.7점을 기록, 공공 의료 서비스의 질적 우수성을 입증했다.
직원 친절도 항목에서는 4.88점, 상담 설명 이해도 항목에서는 4.76점을 받으며 대면 서비스 분야에서 압도적인 평가를 받았다.
