파주시가 친환경차 충전구역의 효율적 이용을 위해 과태료 부과 기준을 대폭 손질한다.
시는 「환경친화적 자동차의 요건 등에 관한 규정」 개정에 따라 친환경차 충전 방해 행위에 대한 과태료 부과 기준이 변경된다고 30일 밝혔다.
약 6개월의 계도기간을 거쳐 오는 2월 5일부터 시행되는 이번 조치는 충전이 필요한 차량의 원활한 이용을 보장하고, 충전구역을 둘러싼 주민 간 갈등을 완화하기 위한 것이다.
이번 기준 변경의 핵심은 외부 충전식 하이브리드자동차(PHEV)의 완속충전구역 이용 시간 단축이다.
