‘마음성장학년제’는 학생들의 정서와 마음건강을 학교 교육과정 전반에 반영해, 예방부터 회복, 그리고 지원 연결까지 이어지는 체계를 구축하는 것이 핵심이다. 교육청은 중점운영교를 통해 제도의 실효성을 점검하고, 향후 전면 확대를 위한 토대를 마련할 계획이다.
