【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=영진전문대학교가 졸업생과 지역 청년을 위한 원스톱 취업 지원 프로그램을 본격적으로 시작했다.
영진전문대 대학일자리플러스센터는 6일 북구 복현캠퍼스 정보관 1층 로비에서 ‘2026 졸업생 올케어(All Care) 취업지원 프로그램’을 운영했다. 현장에는 졸업생과 졸업 예정자, 지역 청년 등이 참석해 실전형 취업 지원 서비스를 체험했다.
이번 프로그램은 대학 안내, 청년고용정책 상담, 민간 취업 컨설팅 등 세 가지 컨설팅관으로 꾸려졌다. 참가자들은 대학의 취업 지원 경로 설명을 들은 뒤, 고용복지센터에서 청년고용 정책 상담을 받고, 민간 기관의 맞춤형 컨설팅으로 이력서와 면접을 준비했다.
부대행사도 풍성하게 마련됐다. 퍼스널 컬러 진단, 증명사진 촬영이 이뤄졌으며, 지문 적성 검사와 진로 상담으로 직무 적합성도 점검할 수 있었다. 취업 타로 상담 등 이색 프로그램들도 운영돼 현장 분위기를 한층 끌어올렸다. 행사장에는 붕어빵과 오뎅을 제공하는 푸드트럭 2대가 배치되며 참가자들의 호응을 얻었다.
원스톱 방식으로 이뤄진 이번 프로그램에 대해 참가자들은 정보 제공에서 실전 체험까지 한 번에 할 수 있어 취업 동기와 실질 준비에 모두 도움이 됐다고 평가했다. 졸업생과 지역 청년의 참여율이 높아 향후 확대 운영에 대한 기대감도 높아졌다.
박효진 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “졸업생과 지역 청년들이 자신의 진로를 구체화하고, 실질적인 취업 역량을 키울 수 있도록 프로그램을 마련했다”며 “앞으로도 유관 부서 및 지역 기관과 협력을 이어가며 변화하는 고용 환경에 적극 대응하고, 맞춤형 취업 지원을 통해 청년들의 경쟁력을 높일 것”이라고 말했다.

Yeungjin College has officially launched a one-stop job support program for graduates and local youth.
On the 6th, the Yeungjin College Job Plus Center hosted the "2026 Graduates All Care Job Support Program" in the first-floor lobby of the Information Center on the Bokhyeon Campus in Buk-gu. Alumni, prospective graduates, and local youth attended the event to experience practical job support services.
The program consisted of three consulting sessions: university information, youth employment policy consultation, and private employment consulting. Participants heard about the university's job support channels, then received youth employment policy consultation at the Employment Welfare Center. They then prepared their resumes and interviews with customized consulting from private organizations.
A variety of side events were also planned. Personal color analysis and ID photo sessions were conducted, while fingerprint aptitude tests and career counseling were offered to assess job suitability. Unique programs, such as job tarot reading counseling, further enhanced the atmosphere. Two food trucks serving bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) and oden (fish-shaped fish cake) were set up at the event, drawing a warm response from participants.
Participants appreciated this one-stop program, offering both information and practical experience in one place, as it helped them both motivate themselves and prepare for employment. The high participation rate among graduates and local youth has raised expectations for future expansion.
