박용선, 포항시장 예비후보 등록…“말 아닌 실행으로 재도약”

박 예비후보는 “포항은 지금 위기이자 기회의 갈림길에 서 있다”며 “말이 아닌 실행으로 포항의 재도약을 증명하겠다”고 밝혔다.

그는 출마 기조로 ‘내 일 있는 포항, 내일이 있는 포항’을 제시했다. 침체한 지역경제 회복을 위해 철강산업 재건과 산업용 전기요금 개혁, 신산업 전환 기반 구축, 골목상권 활성화 등을 추진하겠다고 밝혔다.

예비후보 등록 직후에는 골목상권과 전통시장, 산업현장, 통학 안전 현장 등을 찾는 ‘현장 선거’에 집중하겠다는 계획도 내놨다. 박 예비후보는 “산업의 활력을 시민의 생활로 연결하는 통합 시정을 만들겠다”며 “포항이 다시 뛰도록 끝까지 책임지겠다”고 말했다.
