고양특례시 일산서구 덕이동은 지난 2월 23일 첫 활동을 시작으로 ‘움직이는 한의원 덕이 건강안심돌봄’ 사업을 본격 추진한다고 24일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 의료기관 이용이 어려운 지역 내 건강취약계층을 대상으로 한방 방문진료를 제공하는 현장 중심 건강관리 사업이며 대상자의 건강 상태에 따라 1인당 2회에서 최대 5회까지 맞춤형 진료를 실시한다.
만성통증이나 중증질환, 거동 불편 등으로 병원 방문이 어려운 주민을 우선 발굴해 건강 상태를 점검하고 생활 습관 개선과 자가관리 방법을 안내한다.
진료는 일산서구보건소 방문보건팀 소속 한의사가 직접 가정을 방문해 진행한다.
건강상담과 침 시술, 한방요법, 한약 처방 및 복약지도 등을 실시하며 필요 시 방문간호 등 관련 서비스와 연계해 사후 관리도 병행한다.
신동엽 덕이동장은 “의료 접근이 어려운 주민에게 실질적인 도움이 되도록 방문형 건강관리를 지속 추진하겠다”고 밝혔으며 이어 “앞으로도 취약계층 발굴과 건강관리 서비스를 단계적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
