【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 청년공무원과 지역청년이 협력하여 청년에 의한 ‘진짜’ 청년정책을 만드는 청년 참여기구 ‘안팎 청년들 3기’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘안팎 청년들’은 정책을 직접 설계하고 시행하는 청년공무원 ‘안’과 정책의 수혜자인 지역청년 ‘팎’이 한 팀을 이뤄 청년들이 정책 설계의 주체로 청년에게 필요한 실질적인 정책 개발에 나서는 민관협력 거버넌스 조직이다.
군은 청년들에게 지역사회와의 친밀도를 높이고 현실적 청년정책을 발굴하는 기회를 제공하며, 활발한 소통과 교류로 청년 네트워크 강화에 나설 방침이다.
모집인원은 19세 이상 39세 이하 지역청년 16명과 음성군 소속 청년공무원 16명이다.
참여 신청은 오는 3월 27일까지 음성군 홈페이지 공고문에 게재된 QR코드를 통해 신청서를 제출하면 된다.
군은 총 32명의 청년들을 지역청년 2명과 청년공무원 2명을 한 팀으로 구성해 총 8팀을 운영하며 연구자료 제공, 활동실비 지원, 정기모임 등 청책연구 활동을 지원한다.
연말에는 활동 성과를 공유하고, 청년들이 제안한 연구성과 중 우수정책을 선정해 활동우수자에 대한 포상도 진행된다.
청년들이 만든 정책은 실제 정책 반영 및 추진 가능성을 검토해 청년이 체감할 수 있는 문제 해결에 활용될 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “지역 청년들이 직접 청년정책을 만들고 변화를 이끌 중요한 기회인 만큼, 많은 청년의 관심과 적극적인 참여를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
