【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구청이 공모사업 대응 역량 강화를 위한 실무 교육을 실시했다.

북구청은 지난 5일부터 6일까지 이틀간 산격3동 복합커뮤니티센터에서 공모사업 실무 담당자 30여 명을 대상으로 ‘우리 함께 레벨업 프로젝트’ 워크숍을 열었다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 중앙부처와 광역 단위의 공모사업 경쟁이 점점 치열해지는 상황에서, 담당 공무원들의 기획과 실무 능력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

참석자들은 우수한 공모계획서 사례를 분석하며 사업 선정의 핵심 요인을 살펴봤다. 또 사업계획서 작성의 기초부터 인공지능 도구를 활용한 공모 프레젠테이션 기법까지 다양한 실무 교육이 진행됐다.

워크숍 참가자들은 복합문화공간 청문당과 서변숲 도서관도 방문했다. 이곳에서 공모사업을 통해 조성된 시설의 운영 사례와 성과를 직접 확인하고, 현장 중심의 기획 아이디어도 서로 공유했다.

배광식 북구청장은 “공모사업은 단순한 예산 확보가 아니라, 지역의 미래 전략을 구체화하는 중요한 과정”이라며 “AI 기반의 기획 역량을 꾸준히 키워 공모사업 선정률을 높이고, 외부 재원 확보 경쟁력도 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Buk-gu Office conducted practical training to strengthen its capacity to respond to public offering projects.

The Buk-gu Office announced that it held a two-day workshop, "Our Level Up Project," at the Sangyeok 3-dong Community Center from May 5th to 6th for approximately 30 public offering project managers.

This workshop was designed to enhance the planning and practical skills of public officials in a time of increasingly fierce competition among central government agencies and metropolitan governments.

Attendees analyzed examples of excellent public offering proposals and examined key factors in project selection. The training covered a wide range of practical topics, from the basics of business plan writing to presentation techniques utilizing AI tools.

Workshop participants also visited the Cheongmundang Cultural Complex and the Seobyeon Forest Library. There, they witnessed firsthand the operational success of facilities built through public offering projects and shared practical planning ideas.

Mayor Baek Gwang-sik of Buk-gu said, “The public offering project is not simply about securing a budget, but rather an important process for concretizing the region’s future strategy,” and added, “We will steadily develop AI-based planning capabilities to increase the selection rate for public offering projects and strengthen our competitiveness in securing external funding.”
