부산 금정구 1인 가구 커뮤니케이터 역량 강화 교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 금정구가 일인 가구의 사회적 관계망 형성을 돕기 위해 리더 양성에 본격적으로 나섰다.

금정구는 지난 7일 금정구청에서 일인 가구 특화사업인 슬기로운 일인 생활의 일환으로 커뮤니케이터 역량 강화 교육 1회차를 실시했다. 이번 교육은 금정구에 거주하거나 생활하는 일인 가구 중 지역 정책에 관심 있는 주민을 대상으로 진행했으며 향후 운영될 커뮤니티 활동을 이끌어갈 리더들의 역할을 이해하고 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련했다.

일인 가구 커뮤니케이터는 오는 4월부터 운영되는 커뮤니티 모임의 모임장 역할을 맡는다. 이들은 참여자 간 소통을 돕고 모임이 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 이끄는 실무적인 역할을 수행한다. 역량 강화 교육은 총 4회 과정으로 구성했으며 커뮤니케이터들이 모임을 안정적으로 운영할 수 있도록 실질적인 능력을 높이는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

이날 진행한 1회차 교육에서는 사업 취지 및 추진 방향 설명과 참여자 소개 및 네트워킹 시간이 이어졌다. 또한 커뮤니케이터를 위한 셀프 브랜딩 교육을 통해 참여자들이 서로의 경험을 공유하고 향후 활동에 대한 기대감을 높이는 기회를 가졌다.

금정구는 이번 교육을 시작으로 커뮤니케이터의 역량을 단계적으로 강화하고 4월부터 다양한 주제의 일인 가구 커뮤니티 활동을 본격적으로 운영한다. 이를 통해 일인 가구 주민들이 지역사회 안에서 자연스럽게 소통하고 관계를 형성할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 계획이다.

윤일현 금정구청장은 일인 가구가 지속해서 증가하는 사회 변화에 따라 지역사회 안에서 서로 소통하고 관계를 형성할 수 있는 환경을 만드는 것이 중요하다며 앞으로도 일인 가구가 외롭지 않고 안정적으로 생활할 수 있도록 다양한 정책과 사업을 추진하겠다고 밝혔다.

Busan Geumjeong-gu is taking active steps to build social safety nets for single-person households by nurturing community leaders.

The district, led by Mayor Yun Il-hyun, held its first Capacity Building Training for One-Person Household Communicators on March 7 at the Geumjeong-gu Office. The session was part of a specialized project titled "Wise Solo Life," designed for local residents interested in community welfare and policies for those living alone. The program aims to help these residents understand their roles as future community leaders and enhance their leadership skills.

Starting in April, these "One-Person Household Communicators" will serve as moderators for various community groups. Their primary role is to facilitate communication among participants and ensure the smooth operation of community activities. The training consists of four sessions, specifically curated to provide practical skills for stable and effective group management.

The inaugural session included an overview of the project's goals, a networking hour for participants to introduce themselves, and a self-branding workshop for future communicators. Attendees shared their experiences and built rapport, raising expectations for the upcoming community activities.

Following this initial training, Geumjeong-gu plans to progressively strengthen the communicators' expertise and officially launch various community programs for single-person households in April. This initiative is expected to provide a solid foundation for solo dwellers to connect and build relationships within the local community.

"As the number of single-person households continues to rise, it is crucial to create an environment where residents can communicate and connect with one another," said Mayor Yun Il-hyun. "We will continue to implement diverse policies and projects to ensure that our single-person households can lead stable lives without feeling isolated."
