[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산해양경찰서는 강한 바람과 높은 파도 유입이 예상됨에 따라 13일 오전 6시부터 연안해역 안전사고 위험예보 관심 단계를 발령했다.
이번 관심 단계 발령은 13일부터 남해동부먼바다 풍랑주의보 영향으로 인한 높은 물결과 함께 부산 지역에 강한 바람이 예상되는 데 따른 조치다. 이번 예보는 기상특보가 해제될 때까지 유지된다.
해경은 이 기간 연안 위험구역과 항 포구를 중심으로 해상 및 육상 순찰을 강화했다. 다중 이용 선박과 장기 계류 선박에서의 화재나 침수, 오염 등 안전사고에 대비할 계획이다.
항만과 연안해역을 운항하는 선박들은 기상이 악화되기 전에 조기 입항하거나 피항해야 한다. 특히 갯바위나 방파제, 해안 산책로에는 월파로 인한 사고 위험이 높은 만큼 출입을 자제할 것을 당부했다.
해경 관계자는 13일 새벽부터 급작스럽게 북동풍 계열 바람이 강하게 불고 파도가 최대 2.5m에 이를 것으로 예상된다고 밝혔다. 특히 북동풍에 취약한 송정과 이기대 일대 등지에서의 연안사고 발생에 각별한 유의를 강조했다.
한편 연안해역 안전사고 위험예보제는 기상 악화나 자연재해로 인한 피해 발생이 예상될 경우 그 위험성을 관심, 주의보, 경보 3단계로 구분해 국민에게 알리는 제도다.

Authorities advised vessels operating in ports and coastal waters to return to port early or seek shelter before conditions deteriorate. They also urged the public to avoid visiting rocky shores, breakwaters, and coastal trails, where the risk of accidents from overtopping waves is high.
A Coast Guard official noted that starting early tomorrow morning, sudden and strong northeasterly winds are expected, with waves reaching up to 2.5 meters. The official emphasized that particular caution is needed in areas such as Songjeong and Igidae, which are especially vulnerable to northeasterly winds.
The coastal safety alert system categorizes risks into three levels—Attention, Watch, and Warning—to inform the public when damage is expected due to worsening weather or natural disasters.
