[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 박형준 부산시장이 여권 내부에서 제기된 ‘대통령 공소 취소 거래 의혹’과 관련해 “헌정 질서를 유린한 업보”라며 현 정권과 더불어민주당을 강하게 비판했다.
박 시장은 13일 자신의 페이스북에서 “이번 사태는 복잡하지 않다. 아주 단순하다”며 “여권발 폭로가 사실이라면 대통령은 헌정 질서를 농단한 것이고, 사실이 아니라면 이는 특정 정치세력이 음모론을 유포해 국가 형사사법 체계를 흔들고 대통령을 음해한 국기문란 사건”이라고 말했다.
그는 “검찰은 지난 80년 동안 대한민국 형사사법 체계의 중심 기관이었다”며 “그 검찰을 민주당이 완전 해체하느냐, 거의 해체하느냐를 논하는 상황에서 이런 의혹이 터져 나왔다는 건 심각한 일”이라고 밝혔다.
이어 “행정부가 형사사법 절차에 개입해 특정 사건의 공소 취소를 압박했다면 헌정 질서에 대한 중대한 침해이자 명백한 국정농단”이라고 강조했다.
박 시장은 이번 사태의 책임이 집권 세력에 있다고 지적했다. 그는 “이 사건은 헌법에 기초한 준사법 질서를 제멋대로 유린한 현 정권과 민주당의 업보”라며 “대통령실은 즉각 조사에 나서고, 결과에 따라 정치적·법적 책임을 져야 할 사람들에게 엄중히 책임을 물어야 한다”고 말했다.
정치권 안팎에서는 이번 폭로의 진위 여부에 따라 향후 국정 운영의 분수령이 될 수 있다는 관측도 나온다. 의혹이 사실로 확인되면 대통령실의 사법 개입 논란이 커질 전망이고, 허위로 드러날 경우 여권 내부의 정치적 내홍으로 비화할 가능성도 제기된다.

Busan Mayor Park Hyung-jun on Friday criticized South Korea’s ruling bloc over allegations that the presidential office discussed a deal to withdraw indictments, calling the controversy “a consequence of undermining constitutional order.”
In a Facebook post, Park said, “This situation is not complicated—it’s very simple. If the revelations from within the ruling party are true, the president has subverted constitutional order. But if they are false, this is a grave act of national disorder in which a political faction has spread conspiracy theories to shake the criminal justice system and slander the president.”
Park noted that the prosecution has been at the center of the country’s judicial system for the past eight decades. “Now, with the Democratic Party pushing for legislation that could completely or nearly dismantle the prosecution, it is alarming to see such allegations emerge from within the ruling bloc,” he said.
“If the executive branch intervened in judicial procedures to pressure prosecutors to withdraw certain cases, it would amount to a serious violation of the constitutional order and clear abuse of state power,” Park added.
The mayor also assigned responsibility to the current administration and ruling party. “This incident is the result of the administration and the Democratic Party trampling on the quasi‑judicial order established by the Constitution,” he said. “The presidential office must immediately investigate the allegations and hold those responsible politically and legally accountable.”
Political analysts say the fallout could become a key turning point for the administration. If the allegations are proven true, they could reveal presidential interference in the justice system; if false, they may expose escalating internal strife within the ruling camp.
