고양특례시 일산동구 마두2동 지역사회보장협의체는 지난 12일 관내 취약계층의 건강한 먹거리 지원과 복지사각지대 발굴을 위해 지역 업체 드림파이와 사랑의 드림파이 업무협약을 체결했다.

이번 협약은 지역사회 나눔문화 확산과 취약계층 지원을 위한 민관 협력 사업으로 추진됐다.
특히 기존 1년이던 협약 기간을 2년으로 확대해 체결함으로써 지역사회 나눔 활동을 보다 안정적이고 지속적으로 이어갈 수 있는 기반을 마련했다.
협약에 따라 드림파이는 관내 저소득 취약계층을 대상으로 사랑의 파이 나눔 활동을 진행하게 된다.
마두2동 지역사회보장협의체는 선정된 가구를 직접 방문해 파이를 전달하고 안부를 확인하는 한편 복지 상담을 실시할 예정이며 이를 통해 지역 내 복지사각지대 발굴과 함께 고립가구 및 고독사 예방에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
마두2동 행정복지센터는 대상자 발굴과 선정, 공공과 민간 복지서비스 연계 등을 지원하며 민관 협력 기반의 복지 지원 체계를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
마두2동 지역사회보장협의체 양정자 위원장은 “이번 협약이 지역사회가 함께 어려운 이웃을 돌보고 따뜻한 나눔 문화를 확산하는 계기가 되길 바란다며 이어 “앞으로도 민관 협력을 통해 촘촘한 지역복지 안전망을 구축해 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
