(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평세림병원(병원장 양문술)이 지난 16일 부평구청과 퇴원환자 지역사회 연계사업 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
세림병원에 따르면, 퇴원환자 지역사회 연계 사업은 65세 이상의 노인, 장애인 등 퇴원 후 돌봄이 필요한 환자가 병원에서 가정 또는 사회로 복귀하여 일상 회복과 재입원을 예방을 위하여 의료, 요양, 돌봄등을 통합적으로 지원하는 사업이다.
이를 통해 불필요한 재입원이나 요양기관 입소를 예방하고 살던 곳에서 건강하게 살아갈 수 있도록 지원받게 된다.
협약식은 인천 부평구청 상황실에서 진행됐으며, 차준택부평구청장과 연계사업에 참여하는 부평세림병원과 5곳의 의료기관이 참여했다.
이번 협약을 통해 부평세림병원과 부평구청은 퇴원 준비환자 중 돌봄이 필요한 환자를 발굴하고, 의사, 간호사,사회복지사가 한 팀이 되어 맞춤형 케어 플랜을 세우며, 부평구청과 함께 환자의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 의료, 돌봄 서비스가 연계될 수 있도록 통합 지원을 한다.
양문술병원장은 “ 이번 협약 통해 부평구청과 함께 저희 부평세림병원에서 퇴원하시는 환자분들이 의료와 돌봄에서 소외되지 않고 건강하게 살아가실 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다“고 말했다.
