<브레이크뉴스 포천 = 김형렬 기자> 포천시가 청소년들의 주체적인 도서관 문화를 조성하고 미래 리더를 양성하기 위해 팔을 걷어붙였다.
18일 포천시에 따르면, 포천시청소년재단 산하 포천시청소년교육문화센터는 오는 30일까지 ‘2026년 포천시청소년도서관 청소년 관장 및 운영진’을 대대적으로 모집한다.
이번에 선발되는 청소년 관장과 운영진은 청소년의 눈높이와 시각에서 도서관 운영 전반에 직접 참여하게 된다. 또한 다채로운 독서 및 문화 프로그램을 스스로 기획하고 실행하는 핵심적인 역할을 맡게 될 예정이다.
본격적인 활동 기간은 오는 4월부터 12월까지며, 매월 1회 정기 활동을 진행한다. 시는 참여 청소년들의 자긍심을 고취하기 위해 위촉장과 활동 수료증을 발급할 계획이다. 아울러 봉사시간 인정, 학교생활기록부 기재, 신간 도서 우선 열람권 부여 등 실질적이고 다채로운 혜택을 전폭적으로 지원한다.
모집 대상은 포천시 관내 초등학교 3학년부터 고등학교 3학년까지의 청소년 총 8명이다. 신청은 이달 16일부터 30일까지 네이버 폼을 통해 온라인으로 간편하게 접수할 수 있으며, 공정한 심사를 거쳐 최종 대상자를 선발할 방침이다.
