권기일 예비후보는 19일 오전 10시 수성구에 위치한 삼송BNC 본사에서 삼송BNC와 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 업무협약의 핵심은 동구 내 ‘원스톱 스마트팜·팩토리’를 조성해 로컬푸드 기반 6차 산업 모델을 구축하는 데 있다. 권 예비후보와 삼송BNC는 농산물 재배부터 가공, 유통, 판매, 체험, 관광까지 이어지는 복합 플랫폼을 공동으로 만들기로 합의했다.
권 예비후보는 동구 지역에 부지를 확보해 생산·가공·소비가 순환되는 로컬푸드 시스템을 구축한다는 계획이다. 이 과정을 통해 생산된 농산물은 삼송BNC의 원재료로도 활용된다.
스마트 팩토리는 제조 기능을 넘어 청년 일자리 창출의 거점 역할도 할 예정이다. 생산, 물류, 교육, 콘텐츠 등 다양한 분야의 직무를 마련하고, 체험형 프로그램과 창업 교육도 함께 진행할 계획이다.
아울러 스마트팜과 팩토리를 관광 자원으로 개발해 방문형 콘텐츠를 강화하고, ‘찾고 싶은 동구’를 만드는 데 활용할 방침이다.
권 예비후보는 “삼송BNC의 기술력과 투자가 결합된다면 동구의 산업 기반을 크게 확장할 수 있을 것”이라며 “이번 협약을 통해 일자리와 사람이 모이는 지역 경제 구조를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
