대전광역시의회 행정자치위원회(위원장 정명국)는 19일 제295회 임시회 제1차 회의에서 기획조정실·시민안전실 등 소관 부서의 조례안 5건, 동의안 1건을 원안 가결하고 5건의 보고를 청취하며 지역 행정 핵심 현안을 집중 검토했다.
정명국 위원장(국민의힘, 동구3)은 한국폴리텍대학 대전 이전 업무협약 추진 과정에서 투명한 절차와 신중한 협의가 필수라고 역설했다.
협약 내용의 사전 공유와 이행 점검, 재정 지원의 철저한 타당성 검토를 주문하며 단순 체결이 아닌 실질적 사후 관리까지 강조했다.

이중호 의원(국민의힘, 서구5)은 「대전광역시 지역건설근로자 고용안정 및 체불임금 없는 관급공사 운영조례 전부개정조례안」 심사에서 지급 서약서 실효성 제고와 노무비 직접 지급, 건설기계 대여금 기준 명확화 등 제도 보완을 제시했다.
오월드 사업의 투자 구조와 수익 모델 점검을 통해 안정적 운영 방안을 마련할 것을 강조했다.
안경자 의원(국민의힘, 비례)은 대전도시공사 공사채 발행 증가에 따른 재정 건전성 관리와 재난 피해자 지원센터의 겸직 구조로 인한 업무 부담 완화를 제안했다.
오월드 재창조사업의 수요 예측과 사업성 검토를 면밀히 진행해야 한다는 점도 부각시켰다.
이날 상정된 '대전광역시시설관리공단 조례 일부개정조례안' 등 조례안 5건과 '대전오월드 재창조사업 사업계획 동의안'이 모두 원안대로 의결됐다.
