파주소방서가 오는 19일부터 20일까지 예정된 BTS 광화문 공연을 앞두고 관람객 안전 확보를 위해 파주 지역 숙박시설과 고시원을 대상으로 강도 높은 화재안전관리를 추진했다.
이번 점검은 공연장인 서울과 인접한 경기 북부 지역으로 많은 인파가 몰릴 것에 대비한 선제적 조치다.
최근 숙박시설 화재 사고로 안전에 대한 경각심이 높아진 가운데, 불특정 다수가 이용하는 시설의 위험 요인을 사전에 제거해 시민과 관광객이 안심하고 머물 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
