북구청은 이날 대구신용보증재단, iM뱅크와 3자 협약을 맺고, 올해 상반기 소상공인 경영안정자금 지원에 나선다. 이번 협약은 경기 침체로 어려움을 겪는 지역 내 소상공인들의 금융 부담을 덜고, 경영 회복을 돕기 위한 조치다.
지원 대상은 북구에서 3개월 이상 영업한 소상공인이다. 업체당 최대 5천만 원까지 대출이 가능하며, 이는 기존 3천만 원보다 상향된 금액이다. 상환 방법은 2년 거치 후 3년 분할상환 또는 일시상환 방식 중 선택할 수 있다.
금리에 대한 부담도 낮췄다. 북구청은 대출 금리 중 2%포인트를 2년간 지원할 계획이다. 신청은 오는 30일부터 모바일 앱 ‘보증드림’을 통한 비대면 접수와 대구신용보증재단 북지점 방문 접수로 진행된다.
특히 관련 조례 개정을 통해 중복 지원 제한 규정을 없애, 기존에 국가나 타 정책자금을 받은 소상공인도 신청할 수 있도록 지원 문턱을 낮췄다.
배광식 북구청장은 “지원 한도 확대와 대상 완화를 통해, 어려움을 겪는 소상공인들이 다시 도약할 수 있는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
