【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 영동군은 생활 주변의 위험 요소를 사전에 발굴하고, 안전관리의 사각지대를 해소하기 위해 ‘주민점검 신청제’를 운영한다고 20일 밝혔다.
주민점검 신청제는 주민들이 점검이 필요하다고 판단되는 시설을 군에 직접 신청하는 제도로, 공무원과 민간전문가들이 합동으로 위험 여부 등을 점검하고 그 결과를 신청인과 관리주체에 공유하는 제도이다.
점검 대상은 어린이놀이시설, 마을회관, 경로당, 교량, 복지회관, 노후 건축물 등 공공·민간 분야의 안전 취약계층 및 민생 중심시설이다.
단, 관리주체가 있는 시설이거나, 공사 중인 시설, 소송·분쟁 중인 시설 등은 제외된다.
신청 기간은 6월 1일까지로 안전신문고 앱·포털에서 신청하거나, 읍·면사무소를 방문해 신청하면 된다.
