성광진 대전교육감 예비후보가 교사 개인이 악성 민원과 교육활동 침해를 직접 감당해야 했던 기존의 불합리한 구조를 타파하고, 교육청이 법률 및 행정적 책임을 전적으로 짊어지는 ‘교권보호 SOS 현장 대응팀’ 신설을 공약했다.
