고양산업진흥원이 운영하는 ‘고양 창업 브릿지(고양중장년기술창업센터)’가 오는 4월 6일까지 신규 입주할 예비창업자와 창업기업을 모집한다.

‘고양 창업 브릿지’는 지난 1월 중소벤처기업부로부터 창업보육센터(BI) 사업자로 공식 지정되었으며, 고양 1인 창조기업 지원센터와 중장년 기술창업센터를 통합해 운영되고 있다.
이번 모집은 기술력과 경험을 보유한 중장년층의 창업을 활성화하고, 안정적인 사업 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 추진되었으며 센터는 고양시 백석동 고양종합터미널 4층에 위치해 있으며, 입주기업을 위한 사무공간과 회의실, 교육장 등 다양한 창업 인프라를 갖추고 있다.
입주기업으로 선정될 경우 창업 공간은 물론, 진흥원이 운영하는 각종 창업 관련 시설을 무료로 이용할 수 있으며 또한 창업 교육과 멘토링, 사업화 지원, 네트워킹 프로그램 등 기업 성장에 필요한 맞춤형 지원도 종합적으로 제공된다.
모집 대상은 만 40세 이상의 예비 창업자 또는 창업 3년 이내 초기기업으로, 선정 시 계약일로부터 최대 3년간 입주가 가능하다.
고양산업진흥원 관계자는 “중장년층이 보유한 경험과 기술이 창업으로 이어질 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”며 “안정적인 창업 환경 조성을 통해 지역 경제 활성화에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
