시는 지난 16일 파주시청에서 한국국토정보공사 경기북부지역본부, 민간대행업체 지오엠주식회사 관계자 등이 참석한 가운데 합동 업무 회의를 열었다.
이번 회의에서는 올해 신규 사업지구로 지정된 만우지구 등 5개 지구를 중심으로 경계 설정 기준과 실무 추진 방안을 공유했으며 또한 사업 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점과 시민 만족도 향상 방안 등에 대한 다양한 의견도 오갔다.
지적재조사사업은 일제강점기 시절 작성된 종이 지적도를 현실 토지 이용 상황에 맞게 디지털화하는 국책사업이며 이를 통해 지적 불일치 지역을 바로잡고 토지 이용 효율성을 높이는 것이 목표다.
파주시는 2013년 삼릉·전나무골지구를 시작으로 지금까지 32개 지구, 9,600여 필지에 대한 지적재조사를 완료하는 등 꾸준한 성과를 내고 있다.
김나나 파주시 토지정보과장은 “지속적인 협력 체계를 바탕으로 지적불부합지 해소와 경계 분쟁 예방에 힘쓰겠다”며 “시민의 재산권 보호와 토지 가치 향상에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 사업을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
