포항상의, ‘AI 업무 자동화’ 실무 교육 실시

이번 교육은 단순한 기술 소개를 넘어 실제 업무에 즉시 적용 가능한 실전형 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 참가자들은 반복 업무 자동화, 자료 정리, 기획 보조 등 다양한 업무 시나리오를 기반으로 AI 도구를 직접 활용해보며 실무 적용 가능성을 체감했다.

특히 최근 주목받고 있는 AI 에이전트를 활용한 업무 처리 방식이 중점적으로 다뤄지며, 기업 현장에서의 활용 가능성과 효율성에 대한 이해를 높였다. 실습 중심으로 진행된 교육을 통해 참가자들은 각자의 업무에 바로 접목할 수 있는 구체적인 활용 방안을 익혔다.

포항상공회의소 관계자는 “AI는 더 이상 선택이 아닌 업무 경쟁력을 좌우하는 핵심 요소”라며 “지역 기업들이 변화하는 환경에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있도록 실질적인 도움이 되는 교육을 지속적으로 제공하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 포항상공회의소는 올해 총 10회차에 걸쳐 재직자 대상 AI 실무 교육 과정을 운영할 계획이며, 생성형 AI 활용, 프롬프트 설계, 재무·회계 분야 적용 등 다양한 주제의 교육을 순차적으로 진행할 예정이다.
