【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시의 대표 봄 축제인 제23회 청주예술제가 오는 4월 3일부터 7일까지 5일간 무심천 롤러스케이트장(무심동로 일부)과 청주예술의전당 일원에서 개최된다.
(사)청주예총이 주관하고 청주예술제추진위원회가 주최하는 이번 행사는 ‘청주는 예술이쥬~~’를 주제로 공연, 전시, 체험, 경연대회 등 다양한 문화예술 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 지역 예술인과 시민이 함께 소통하며 문화예술의 가치를 나누는 화합의 장으로 마련됐다.
특히 올해 청주예술제는 청소년 참여 프로그램을 대폭 확대하고, 무심동로 일원에 푸드트럭존을 운영하는 등 지난해와 차별화된 콘텐츠를 선보인다.
먼저 4월 4일에는 힙합 아티스트 기리보이와 지역 힙합크루, 디제이(DJ)가 함께하는 이디엠(EDM) 페스티벌 ‘무심 the 비트’가 새롭게 열린다. 이어 4월 5일에는 전국 청소년가요제 페스티벌이 개최돼 가수 경서와 지역 댄스크루의 축하공연과 함께 청소년들이 끼와 재능을 발산할 수 있는 무대가 마련된다.
또한 무심동로(청주대교~중앙로61번길 삼거리) 구간 차량을 통제하고 푸드트럭 25대를 운영한다. 푸드트럭존은 음료를 제외한 먹거리 품목의 중복을 배제해 선택의 폭을 넓히고, 벚꽃 콘셉트 특화 메뉴를 도입해 청주예술제만의 미식 콘텐츠를 선보일 예정이다.

전시개막식 및 제23회 청주예술상 시상식은 4월 3일 오후 2시 청주예술의전당 대전시실에서 개최되며, 종합개막식은 같은 날 오후 6시 30분 무심천 롤러스케이트장 특설무대에서 열린다.
종합개막식에서는 가수 홍지윤과 청주시 홍보대사 황윤성, 지역 예술인들이 참여하는 총체극 ‘하나 되는 예술의 물결~~’이 펼쳐지며 축제의 시작을 알릴 예정이다.
