신청 대상은 2021년 이전에 후계농업경영인으로 선정되어 현재까지 영농에 종사하고 있는 농업인으로, 거주지 관할 읍·면사무소를 방문해 신청하면 된다. 신청 기간은 다음 달 15일까지다.
선정된 대상자에게는 최대 2억 원 한도의 정책자금이 지원되며, 연 1.5% 고정금리로 5년 거치 후 10년 분할 상환 조건이 적용된다. 대출 신청은 우수후계농업경영인으로 선정된 이후 2년 이내에 가능하다.
또한 역량강화 교육 프로그램이 함께 제공되어 경영능력 향상과 농업 경쟁력 제고를 지원한다.
지원 자금은 농지 구입 및 임차, 시설 설치, 농기계 구입, 가공·유통 기반 구축 등 영농 규모 확대와 소득 창출을 위한 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있다. 다만 신청자의 신용상태 및 담보 여건 등에 따라 실제 대출 가능 금액은 달라질 수 있다.
