이와 함께 서민 금융 부담을 줄이기 위한 정책도 제시했다. 서민금융지원 전담 창구를 설치하고 정책금융 알선, 긴급 생계자금 대출 지원, 이자 부담 경감 등을 추진하겠다는 계획이다. 그는 “금융 정보 접근성이 낮아 어려움을 겪는 시민들을 위한 촘촘한 지원 체계가 필요하다”고 강조했다.
어르신 교통복지 확대 방안도 포함됐다. 주 예비후보는 무료택시 지원금을 현행 연 16만 원에서 20만 원으로 늘리고, 1회 이용 한도도 1만2천 원에서 1만6천 원으로 상향하겠다고 밝혔다.

주 예비후보는 “어르신들에게 이동은 의료와 생필품 구매 등 일상과 직결된 문제”라며 “보다 실질적인 지원을 통해 생활 편의를 높이겠다”고 말했다.
그는 “민생 정책은 시민이 일상에서 체감할 수 있어야 한다”며 “청년 주거, 서민 금융, 어르신 교통 등 생활 밀착형 정책을 단계적으로 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
