(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천삼산경찰서 부흥지구대가 최근 증가하는 보이스피싱 범죄를 예방하기 위해 체험형 교육과 디지털 기술을 접목한 ‘삼산 실버존’을 구축·운영했다고 밝혔다.
삼산서에 따르면, ‘삼산 실버존’은 기존의 단순 안내문·홍보물 중심에서 벗어나 QR코드를 통해 체험형 사이트 기반으로 운영된 것이 특징이다.
주민들은 현장에 설치된 배너 및 안내문에 부착된 QR코드를 스캔하면 보이스피싱 실제 사례를 기반으로 한 음성·상황 체험 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있고 문자 메시지를 활용한 피싱 유형 체험과 상황별 대응 요령을 안내하는 행동 가이드 등을 경험할 수 있다.
특히, 체험 후 즉시 참여 가능한 설문조사를 연계하여 주민들의 인식 변화 및 예방 효과를 데이터로 분석하는 시스템까지 구축했다.
이번 치안 모델은 부개3동 행정복지센터 1개소를 대상으로 한 시범운영으로 추진됐으며 운영 결과를 바탕으로 관내·외 노인복지회관으로 확대하고 전국 단위 확산 가능한 표준 치안 모델 구축을 목표로 하고 있다.
부흥지구대 관계자는 “이제 범죄예방도 단순 홍보가 아닌 체험과 데이터 기반으로 변화하고 있다.”며 “앞으로도 디지털 기술을 활용한 맞춤형 예방 활동을 확대할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
