경북도의회, 일본 히로시마현의회 방문단 맞아…교류·협력 확대 논의

【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도의회는 26일 일본 히로시마현의회 나카모토 타카시 의장을 비롯한 일한우호의원연맹 소속 의원 6명이 도의회를 방문했다고 밝혔다.

이번 방문은 지난해 경북도의회 측 인사의 히로시마현의회 방문을 계기로 이어진 상호 교류의 일환으로, 양 의회 간 협력 관계를 더욱 공고히 하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 경상북도와 일본 히로시마현 간 자매결연 체결 이후 교류 확대와 실질적 협력 방안 모색에 의미를 두고 있다.

방문단은 이날 하회마을 일원에서 전통음식 오찬을 가진 뒤 도의회를 찾아 간담회에 참석하고 본회의장을 견학했다.

간담회에는 박성만 의장을 비롯해 김희수 국제친선의원연맹 회장, 김대일 예산결산특별위원장, 김대진 대변인 등이 참석해 히로시마현의회 방문단을 맞이했으며, 양 의회 간 교류 확대와 협력 방안에 대해 의견을 나눴다.

박성만 의장은 “이번 방문은 양 의회 간 상호협력을 더욱 강화하는 의미 있는 계기”라며 “단순한 교류를 넘어 양 지역 공동 발전으로 이어질 수 있도록 다양한 분야에서 실질적인 성과를 만들어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Council Welcomes Delegation from Hiroshima Prefectural Council, Discussing Expansion of Exchange and Cooperation

The Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Council announced on the 26th that six members of the Japan-Korea Friendship Parliamentarians' League, including Hiroshima Prefectural Council Chairman Takashi Nakamoto, visited the Provincial Council.

This visit is part of mutual exchanges that followed the visit of Gyeongsangbuk-do officials to the Hiroshima Prefectural Council last year, and was arranged to further solidify the cooperative relationship between the two councils. Chairman Park Seong-man, along with Kim Hee-soo, President of the International Friendship Parliamentarians' League, Kim Dae-il, Chairman of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts, and Spokesperson Kim Dae-jin, attended the meeting to welcome the visiting delegation from the Hiroshima Prefectural Assembly and exchanged views on ways to expand exchanges and cooperation between the two assemblies.

Chairman Park Seong-man stated, “This visit is a meaningful opportunity to further strengthen mutual cooperation between the two assemblies,” adding, “We will strive to produce tangible results in various fields so that this goes beyond mere exchange and leads to the joint development of both regions.”
