이번 활동은 시 정책 사업을 공직자들이 직접 체험·점검함으로써, 현장 중심의 행정 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련했다. 특히 정비 대상인 수락산·부용산·천보산 일대의 숲길 산행 코스는 지난 가을 시민들과 답사하며 함께 조성한 노선이라는 점에서 의미가 있다.
