고양특례시가 오는 4월 4일, 스스로에게 꽃을 선물하며 지친 마음을 돌보는 고유 브랜드 데이 ‘나나데이’를 개최한다.
‘나를 위해 나에게 꽃 선물하는 날’의 줄임말인 나나데이는 화훼 소비를 촉진하고 시민들의 정신건강을 증진하기 위해 기획된 행사로, 지난해 첫 운영에서 원예치유의 긍정적인 효과를 확인한 데 이어 올해는 프로그램을 한층 강화해 정례화에 나선다.
이번 행사는 ‘식물을 매개로 한 나를 찾아가는 여행’을 주제로 4월 4일 오전 10시 한국화훼농협 본점 힐링센터에서 열린다.

한국화훼농협이 주관하고 고양국제꽃박람회재단, 고양시농업기술센터가 협업해 진행하며, 참가자들은 전문 원예치료사와 함께 세 가지 테마 프로그램에 참여하게 된다.
과거의 자신을 돌아보며 소중한 기억을 떠올리는 ‘회상 그룹’, 현재의 모습을 있는 그대로 마주하고 수용하는 ‘성찰 그룹’, 미래의 꿈과 희망을 식물에 담아 설계하는 ‘소망 그룹’으로 나뉘어 각각의 치유 과정을 경험할 수 있다.
이와 함께 참가자들은 자신을 응원하는 문구를 작성하고 압화로 장식하는 ‘메시지 액자 만들기’ 체험에도 참여한다.
완성된 작품은 일상 속에서 지속적인 심리적 안정과 치유를 돕는 매개체로 활용될 예정이다.

행사를 주관하는 한국화훼농협과 협력 기관들은 이번 나나데이를 통해 꽃을 통한 자기 돌봄 문화가 확산되기를 기대하고 있다.
고양국제꽃박람회재단 이창현 대표이사는 “나나데이가 스스로에게 꽃을 선물하는 문화로 자리 잡아 화훼 농가 활성화는 물론 시민들의 정서적 안정에도 기여하길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
고양시농업기술센터 한철희 소장도 “고양시 화훼의 우수성을 널리 알리는 계기가 될 것”이라며, 오는 4월 24일 2026 고양국제꽃박람회에 대한 관심과 참여를 당부했다.
한편 ‘나나데이’ 참가 신청은 3월 31일 오후 2시부터 한국화훼농협 카카오톡 채널을 통해 선착순으로 접수된다.
