북구는 오는 4월부터 대구지역 최초로 해당 사업을 시행한다고 밝혔다. 이번 사업은 사회적 고립이 우려되는 취약계층을 대상으로 일상 속 접점을 활용해 위기가구를 자연스럽게 발굴하고, 지속적인 관계망 형성을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
사업은 도시재생지역 마을관리협동조합과 위기가구를 연계해 반찬 배달을 통한 정기적인 안부 확인을 실시하는 것이 핵심이다. 이와 함께 공방 체험, 자조모임 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영해 대상자의 사회적 참여를 유도할 계획이다.
특히 단순 지원에 그치지 않고, 사업 과정에서 고독·고립 징후가 확인될 경우 동 행정복지센터로 연계해 공적 지원으로 이어지도록 함으로써 위기가구 발굴 기능을 강화할 방침이다.
배광식 청장은 “주민과 가장 가까운 마을 단위에서 일상적으로 안부를 살피는 것이 고독·고립 예방의 출발점”이라며 “지역 자원을 적극 활용해 촘촘한 마을 중심 돌봄 체계를 구축해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
한편 북구는 고독·고립 위기가구 발굴과 지원을 위해 다양한 복지사업을 추진하고 있으며, 지역 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 복지서비스를 지속 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

Meanwhile, Buk-gu is promoting various welfare projects to identify and support households at risk of loneliness and isolation, and plans to continuously expand customized welfare services tailored to local characteristics.
